We cut all materials like aluminum and plastics and more ‘difficult-to-machine’ materials like stainless steels, copper and titanium – all with extreme precision using CAD/CAM software as well as the newest CNC machine industry tools and equipment. Our state of the art inspection guarantees your parts meet your exacting tolerances.

As Engineering Contractor’s we have never turned down even the most difficult of challenges. We have pallet load systems and in house design for fixturing which offers reduced cycle times and cheaper components for medium to high batch production. Our biggest machine centre will traverse X1100mm, Y400mm, Z300.

Our CNC Turning Department has CNC Machining Centres, CNC Bar Feed holding up to Ø75mm Bar whilst other bar feeders also use driven tooling that saves time on further milling operations. We have CNC machines that will swing up to Ø600mm.

All machines are capable of holding tight precision tolerances and we have the experience to cut a wide range of materials due to our wide and diverse customer base. CNC Bar feed machines also have driven tooling, saving time on 2nd operations. We have worked on some high profile projects in high profile industries. We deliver quality – and we aim to be accurate, on time, every time.
